Older homes, tight lots, alley driveways — we know how this town is built.
Cleaning Broward homes for three decades — 1,400+ South Florida homes cleaned since 2024.
Wilton Manors is small — about two square miles, ringed by the forks of the Middle River, right next to Fort Lauderdale. Most of its homes went up in the 1950s and '60s: low ranch houses with tile or shingle roofs, carports, and concrete that has seen sixty years of sprinklers and summer storms.
That shapes the work. Lots are tight and houses sit close together, so we keep spray off the neighbor's car and windows. Plenty of homes are reached from an alley, so the truck parks wherever it fits and we run hose to the job. Older concrete often carries deep irrigation rust, which we treat before we clean. Shingle roofs get a soft wash, never high pressure.
Around Wilton Drive it's storefronts, walkways and stairs as much as homes — that's our commercial & HOA service, quoted in person.
From our own job records — streets only, no names.
Driveways and patios first, then roofs and walls — and anything else on the property that's gone green or rusty.
Old concrete, carports and walkways — grime and rust lifted the right way.
Tile or shingle — soft wash or pressure, matched to the roof. We clean textured metal roofs. We don’t service smooth metal roofs.
Sprinkler rust on concrete, walls and fences — treated first, then cleaned.

Yes — the whole Island City, on both sides of Wilton Drive: the streets along the Middle River, the blocks off Andrews Avenue and Dixie Highway, and everything in between. That's 33305, 33311 and 33334.
Yes — that's normal here. A lot of Wilton Manors homes sit close together, and some are reached from an alley. We park where the truck fits, on the street or in the alley, and run hose to the work. Mention the access when you ask for your quote and we'll plan for it.
Yes. Plenty of the 1950s and '60s homes here have shingle roofs, and we clean those and tile. Shingle gets a soft wash — no pressure, just a strong cleaning solution — so the granules stay put. We clean textured metal roofs. We don’t service smooth metal roofs.
Usually, yes. Older concrete collects years of irrigation rust and grime. We treat rust with the right remover first, then clean. Most of it lifts; some deep, old stains fade rather than vanish, and we'll tell you which before we start. More on rust removal.
