Concrete, pavers, and the stains South Florida leaves behind

Different surfaces need a different touch — and we know which is which.

Concrete & paver driveways

We clean both. Concrete takes more pressure; pavers need a gentler touch plus a re-sand so we don't blast the joints out. Same crew, right method for your surface.

Oil, rust & organic stains

Tire marks, oil drips, irrigation rust, red algae — most lift with the right pressure and a pre-treatment. We'll tell you straight which stains come fully out and which only fade.

Clean, then seal

A freshly cleaned paver driveway is the right moment to seal & sand — it brings the color back and helps keep weeds and stains down for years. More on sealing →

How often should you clean your driveway?

In South Florida, most driveways want a wash roughly every six months — sooner if you're under heavy tree cover or parking something that drips. Pavers that have started letting weeds through the joints are telling you it's time for a clean-and-reseal, not just a rinse.

We're not going to upsell you a seal you don't need. If a pressure clean is all it takes, that's what we'll quote — and if sealing will actually save you money over the next few years, we'll tell you that too.

Driveway cleaning FAQ

Can you get oil and rust stains out?

Most of them, yes. Oil, tire marks, and irrigation rust usually lift with the right pressure and a pre-treatment. Some deep, old stains fade rather than vanish — we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start, not after.

Concrete or pavers — do you clean both?

Both. Concrete can take higher pressure; pavers we clean more gently and re-sand the joints so we don't wash the sand out. Different surface, different touch.

Should I seal my driveway after cleaning?

If it's pavers, it's worth it — sealing brings the color back and helps keep weeds and stains down for 2–3 years, and the freshly cleaned driveway is the right time to do it. Plain concrete usually doesn't need it. More on paver sealing.

How often should I have it done?

Most South Florida driveways want a wash roughly every six months. Heavy tree cover, shade, or oil drips shorten that.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers?

Not the way we do it. The damage comes from blasting the joint sand out and not replacing it — we use the right pressure and re-sand afterward, so the driveway stays solid.

How much does driveway cleaning cost?

It's priced by size, surface, and how much staining there is. Quotes are free and usually back the same day. Start your quote here or call (954) 389-2642.
