Every fence material asks for a different touch

Thirty years of South Florida fences — we know what each one can take, and what it can't.

PVC & vinyl

The classic South Florida problem: a white fence gone green with algae, or streaked black along the top rail. PVC cleans up beautifully — the right mix kills the growth at the root so it stays white far longer than a plain rinse would.

Wood & aluminum

Wood needs a gentler hand — too much pressure furs the grain and shortens its life. We clean it with the pressure dialed to the wood, not the clock. Aluminum and chain link get degreased and rinsed clean.

Walls & screen enclosures

Retaining walls, perimeter walls, and pool screen enclosures collect mildew fast in our humidity. We wash the structure and the screens without stretching or tearing them — and the frame comes back to bright.

Rust stains — our specialty on walls and fences

Sprinkler rust is the stain South Florida homeowners think is permanent — that orange bloom creeping up the bottom of a wall or fence line where the irrigation hits. It doesn't come off with pressure alone, and blasting at it just damages the surface. We treat it with the right rust remover for the material, then rinse it clean. Nothing beats the results on walls and fences.

Fences and walls are also the finishing touch on a bigger cleanup: if we're already doing your roof, driveway, or house wash, adding the fence line usually costs less than booking it separately — ask when you get your quote.

Fence & wall cleaning FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my PVC fence?

Not the way we do it. PVC takes a clean well, but the win isn't pressure — it's the solution that kills the algae at the root so the fence stays white instead of greening back up in a couple of months.

Can you clean a wood fence without ruining it?

Yes — wood is where experience matters most. Too much pressure furs the grain and ages the fence. We dial the pressure to the wood and let the solution do the work.

Do you clean pool screen enclosures?

Yes — frame and screens both, without stretching or tearing the mesh. Enclosures collect mildew fast in South Florida humidity, and a proper wash makes the whole pool area feel new again.

Can you get rust stains off my wall or fence?

Almost always. Sprinkler rust doesn't rinse off with pressure — it needs the right rust treatment for the surface, which is exactly what we bring. It's one of the jobs we're best at.

How much does fence cleaning cost?

It depends on length, material, and what's on it. If we're already cleaning your roof, driveway, or house, adding the fence usually costs less than a standalone visit. Quotes are free and usually back the same day. Start your quote here or call (954) 389-2642.
