In summer — our slower stretch — we can usually get a residential job on the schedule within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner. If it's time-sensitive (a real estate listing, an HOA inspection, a closing), tell us when you call and we'll work around your date.
A little — yes. Summer is our slower season, so there's more room on the calendar and a bit more flexibility on price. If you can plan ahead, that's the time to book. From about October through March it's our busy season — demand is higher, pricing firms up, and we can be booked out a few weeks, so the earlier you reach out the better.
